We are excited that the 60th edition of the CSM returns to the Northern Trail.  On Saturday, skiers who ski the full distance start south of Mont-Tremblant and ski ~80km to the finish line at Golf Héritage (north of Montebello). On Sunday, skiers resume at Golf Héritage and ski ~80km to the finish line in the centre of Montebello.  Both days feature the trails of the Kenauk Nature Reserve. 

All participants should plan to get to the Montebello region on Friday evening or very early on Saturday morning. If you are driving to the marathon, plan to park at one of the designated CSM parking lots:

• the dormitory at the Polyvalente Louis-Joseph-Papineau in Papineauville
• École St-Michel in Montebello (240 Rue Bonsecours, Montebello, QC J0V 1L0)
  
  

There is also overflow parking at the Montebello Marina, rue Laurier, Montebello. Please note that there is no CSM bus service to this lot; skiers can walk to Ecole St-Michel (approx 10 minutes)

The other option is to use one of the CSM charter buses from Gatineau and Montreal.  This option is available during the registration process. 

Free shuttle buses will take all skiers from the designated parking lots (plus the Chateau Montebello) on Saturday and Sunday mornings to the appropriate starting checkpoint based on their skiing category. A free shuttle bus will take skiers to the Gold Dorm on Friday evening.  At the end of both days, another free shuttle bus will take skiers from the finish line back to the same parking lots. Please be aware that there is absolutely no parking at the Gold Dorm, the Saturday start or any of the intermediate checkpoints and no private vehicles are permitted in Kenauk Nature…

Friends and family of skiers wishing to cheer on their skier are encouraged to do so at the finish line but not at any other checkpoint

Please note that there will be no hourly shuttle buses travelling to and from Checkpoints. Our theme is “Ski Yourself Home” and we will have all skiers finishing at our fun finish in Montebello!
