Individual awards

The Canadian Ski Marathon takes pride in rewarding its participants for completing specific goals during the CSM weekend. There are many classes that relate to all age groups for individual registrations in which awards are presented every year.

Marathoniens and Aventuriers awards:

Awards are given to Marathoniens and Aventuriers (non-Coureurs des bois) based on the number of sections completed. Each section extends from one checkpoint to the next and averages approximately 15 km in length. As an example, a 60 km skier completes four sections, a 45 km skier completes three sections, a 30 km skier completes two sections, and a 15 km skier completes one section.
